Once the gift card is mailed and we receive delivery confirmation to the aforementioned mailing address you submitted on our rewards page, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for lost or missing gift cards after delivery. We are not responsible for any value, or lack thereof, on the card if we cannot confirm the transaction history of the card. We take images of the gift card, it’s identifier number, and receipt confirming activation of cash equivalent amount. Rewards Program is subject to change.
